Self Development Guide

You have a key role in shaping the organisation, so we expect you to place importance on developing your leadership skills. This series of workbooks consists of 6 modules and is designed to be self-directed and self-paced. While working through these workbooks you will be expected to commit to some key actions in developing your leadership skills, and to share these development goals with your manager.

Verse is an interactive tool which allows you to work through each section of this self-development guide at your own pace. Each section features a video introduction to give you an overview of what the section will cover. • Start by clicking ‘View Story’. You can navigate to a specific module by using the red squares along the progress bar at the bottom of the video. • If you wish to download a module workbook, click on the button for that module in the lower left hand corner of the screen. For example, the first button you will come to is for ‘Getting Started’. Clicking this will open the ‘Getting Started’ guide in a new tab.
