The Role

As a leader of one of NZ’s Sport and Recreation organisations, you are tasked with developing effective strategy and then turning strategy into action. You are also the ‘face’ of the organisation. As leaders, you need to be able to collaborate and navigate complexity with your teams (including volunteers), and with the multiple communities you interact with and serve.
